Issues Affecting Users in China

Videxio has completed Stage 1 of the upgrades for the China PoP. This upgrade will now route all My Meeting Video Web and Desktop media traffic locally for Chinese users.

Videxio is currently investigating an increased number of reports for some users in China being unable to initate video calls through MyPages and MyMeetingVideo.

The most common condition that is seen by the user is that when attempting to connect to a VMR or start a call a 404 Error message is displayed.

There are currently no known work arounds at this time.

If you encounter this error we encourage you to report this to your Videxio partner and request they raise a support ticket.

Please provide information such as the ISP details and any developer console logs information from the web browser or MyMeetingVideo log files.

Videxio is currently undertaking work on services in China to resolve this issue. We will provide further updates as we progress in the rollout.

Current reports indicate this appears to affect primarily China Telecom customers. If you are experience connectivity issues we encourage you to raise a support request with your Videxio partner.
