Activation and provisioning of Polycom Group Series endpoints using the "RealPresence Cloud Mode" (also known as Serial Number activation) currently is not supported due to required certificate updates by Videxio and their certificate provider Symantec's required certificate replacement. Videxio is working with Polycom to resolve this issue in future releases of Polycom Group Series Software.
Until this is resolved please use Videxio's standard endpoint activation procedure with the "Activate Endpoint" application.
For customers already using RealPresence Cloud Mode, please contact your Videxio partner to remove the Group Series serial number from the Videxio Ordering Portal.
