Polycom GroupSeries endpoints using 5.x-6.x do not activate or cloud register with some special characters

If using non-latin characters in the Display Name of the Endpoint subscription the activation applet or app stops at 90%.

When not using activation app but Cloud registration on GS6.x the error message on the codec GUI in the "Provisioning" section where you set "cloud" provisioning is: cannot locate the server

The Videxio Engineering team is working to find the root cause and fix the issue.

Update 2017-05-25: This issue has been reported in the Videxio internal tracking system with number 49.
