The Videxio Service offers to automate the provisioning and registration of certain endpoints to the Cloud Video Service. This is configured by the Partner via the Partner Portal when creating a new endpoint subscription, in the field labeled 'Subscription and Billing' -> 'Tie to serial #'.
After an endpoint's serial number is tied to a subscription, the end-user can simply power up the endpoint, and will then be guided through a simple set-up process to connect the endpoint automatically to the Cloud Video Service.
Videxio supports automated provisioning and registration of the following endpoints:
- Polycom Debut -- firmware 1.0.0 and newer
- Yealink VC200, 500, 800, 800 -- 188.8.131.52 or newer
- Huawei TE10 -- from product launch and newer
Tely 200 -- Tely firmware 5.3.0 / Tely Portal v1.5.0-45 and newer- The Tely 200 is no longer supported for registration to Videxio. We recommend enabling H.323 and dialing the Video IVR at 184.108.40.206 from Tely products.
