The directory (phone book) entries on Video Endpoints are sorted in the following order:
- Team VMRs
- Endpoints (where the setting "Usage model" is set to 'Shared')
- Personal resources (direct contact and personal VMR) and Endpoints
Sorting order is alphabetical on the 'Display Name'.
